Mark Bailey Racing // Old School Racing Since 2018

The Man Behind The Machine
Mark Bailey is a dedicated club racer with a passion for two-stroke engineering. With over eight years spent refining the art of the Yamaha TZR, Mark has carved a reputation in the paddock for mechanical commitment and genuine community spirit. His approach is built on the “Built Not Bought” philosophy, personally overseeing every engine rebuild and chassis calibration.
Currently competing in the Yamaha Past Masters Clubman class, Mark brings authentic passion to the sport. In 2018, his very first year of racing, he won the Danny Whalin Trophy — the paddock's most meaningful community award. Named in memory of Danny Whalin, a rider who sadly lost his life at Paddock Hill Bend, Brands Hatch, on 8th March 2003. The trophy is awarded each year to the rider who best represents the spirit of the YPM paddock community.
